DPC is a peer-run grief support group led by Bridget Badore (she/they), who has been hosting dead parent club for the last decade, online and IRL. It is a community gathering centered on sharing personal experiences to allow individuals to feel seen and heard in their grief. Please fill out this little form so we can provide the most supportive space possible for attendees.

clubhouse is an audio-only app that allows you to listen or join in on conversations. treat it like an hour long podcast listening to folks share their feelings live, or be part of the conversation and share your own experiences too. Join the “dead parent club” on the clubhouse app to be notified of monthly chats.

Dead Parent Club is creating a cozy space on the internet to share & connect about grief.
Join us one Wednesday each month at 7-8pm EST for "Dead Parent Club Chat" to talk about all the feelings, even (especially) the ugly ones.
🌷 Respect & Compassion Always: We're all coming together with different experiences; even though we have each lost one or both parents or caregivers, we won't have perfectly aligned stories. The differences are cool! Stay curious.
🔮 Share the mic; Be comfy with quiet + + Stay on Topic: If you notice yourself talking a lot, take a beat & see if anyone who hasn't spoken yet chimes in. Moments of breath are welcome — we don't always have to fill the silence. Let grief guide the convo.
🎧 Share if you want, or just listen!: Raise your hand if you want to speak & share anything that's heavy on your heart. Absolutely no pressure to share. Listeners welcome! Speakers with dead parents only; no grief prerequisites to listen.
