The Annual Heart of Midtown Festival is a day dedicated to community, music, and mental health awareness. With two stages of live music, numerous organizations providing resources, and free wellness activities, this event will create a supportive atmosphere for young people in Kingston. As part of our Go All In for Mental Health Music campaign, our goal is to raise awareness of the mental health crisis impacting our youth and to build a strong supportive community. The event will provide information on mental health, share resources and services available locally, and engage our youth through music and activities.
